This woman was diagnosed with breast cancer necessitating bilateral total nipple sparing mastectomy through an inframammary incision. Reconstruction was performed through with a single stage direct to implant reconstruction using silicone implants and acellular dermal matrix and subsequent fat transfer. She is shown 3 months after surgery with a natural proportional results. She is pleased with her results.
