This 45-year-old woman presented with second degree ptosis of the breast, asymmetry, and volume loss. Augmentation with full lift was performed using smooth round, silicone implants. She shown three months after surgery with increased volume and elevated nipple position, as well as a teardrop shaped natural looking breast.
