55-year-old female who underwent previous breast augmentation with large saline filled devices. She has undergone sagging of the breast as well as hardening of the implants. At this point in her life she is desiring a smaller softer breast and has requested removal of breast implants with a lift. Removal of the implants in conjunction with a full mastopexy was performed. The implant and capsule removed in their entirety. Her breasts are now smaller, lifted, and softer. She is very pleased with her new look and feel. She is shown four months after surgery.
