50-year-old female who underwent previous breast augmentation with saline filled implants. She experienced deflation of the left breast implant necessitating replacement. She requested a silicone filled device. Revision breast augmentation was performed via an inframammary approach. Pocket revision was performed and smooth round silicone filled devices were placed. She has shown three months after surgery with much improved contour and is quite pleased with her outcome.
