25 year old male with a lifelong history of male breast enlargement. He requested excision of excess breast and fatty tissue. Gynecomastia excision was performed through a small periareolar incision. Liposuction of the chest was also performed. All excess breast and fatty tissue was removed. He is shown 5 months after surgery and is very pleased with his new contour. He is able to wear tight fitting shirts comfortable and is no longer self-conscious about his chest.
