27 year old transgender male underwent top surgery elsewhere through a periareolar incision. He was left with ptosis (drooping) of the nipple, and enlarged areola, and excess skin. Revision was performed with a periareolar mastopexy (donut lift) and fat transfer to the contour depressions. He is shown 4 months after surgery and is very pleased with his improved result.
