37 year old with lifelong gynecomastia. He notes firm breast tissue directly beneath the nipple and areola on both the right and left sides. He is desiring a flatter, more contoured chest. Correction of the gynecomastia was performed with an extended periareolar incision and liposuction of the chest wall. He is shown 6 months after surgery and is very pleased with his results.
