46-year-old woman developed breast cancer and underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomies with reconstruction. Immediate reconstruction using tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix was performed. Second stage reconstruction using permanent silicone implants were placed approximately 3 months after the first stage. She is shown 3 months after second stage reconstruction.
