44-year-old woman who underwent left total skin sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. Immediate reconstruction was performed with a tissue expander and acellular dermal matrix (Alloderm). Second stage reconstruction was performed with a permanent silicone implant. This patient is shown 5 months after second stage reconstruction.
