51 year old with breast cancer requiring bilateral total skin sparing mastectomies. Immediate reconstruction using tissues expanders and acellular dermal matrix was performed. The patient is shown before surgery, after tissues expansion, and after permanent implant placement and nipple areola reconstruction.
