52 year old underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction for breast cancer. Reconstruction was performed with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix and subsequent permanent silicone implant placement. Nipple reconstruction with modified star flaps and final nipple areolar tattooing was also done. Patient is shown 4 months after final reconstruction.
