62 year old underwent bilateral total skin sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction for breast cancer. Reconstruction was performed using tissue expanders and aceullar dermal matrix (Alloderm) followed by second stage implant placement. She is shown 4 months after permanent implant placement.
