Case-3342 Case-3342

48 year old who underwent previous left breast lumpectomy and radiation with second recurrence that required a total mastectomy. A left total skin-sparing mastectomy with immediate TRAM (transverse rectus abdominus myocutaneous) flap was performed. Left nipple reconstruction was performed at a second stage using a modified star flap. The left areolar was also tattooed to provide a pigmentation match to the natural right side. Note the excellent symmetry obtained. The abdomen shows contour improvement as well. She is shown 3 months after final nipple areola reconstruction.
