51-year-old requesting cosmetic enhancement of abdomen and trunk. She has undergone massive with loss and has excess skin, fatty tissue, and stretch marks throughout the abdominal wall. She underwent full abdominoplasty. The abdomen is flattened and the lower abdominal overhang has been removed. The incision is hidden beneath the underwear line.
