32-year-old requesting cosmetic enhancement of abdomen and trunk after two pregnancies and deliveries by C-section. She has excess skin and fatty tissue throughout the abdominal wall and a lower abdominal overhanging skin fold. Stretch marks are present across the abdominal wall. She underwent full abdominoplasty. The incision has been placed below the prior C-section incision. This allowed complete removal of the prior incision, and the new scar is well hidden beneath the underwear line. The overhanging skin fold has been removed, and the abdomen is flatter and tighter. The belly button has an improved shape. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery.
