36-year-old requesting cosmetic improvement of abdominal area after having two children. She has excess skin over the pubic area and stretch marks across the lower abdomen. This patient underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening. The overhanging skin and stretch marks have been removed and the belly-button shape is significantly improved. The patient is shown 12 months after surgery.
