This 35-year-old presents with severe volume loss and drooping of the breast with excess skin. Breast augmentation with full mastopexy was performed with smooth round, silicone implants. She is shown three months after surgery, and is very pleased with her new look. She has a natural teardrop shape breast with excellent scarring.
