This is a 62 year old woman with a history of right infiltrating ductal carcinoma who underwent a previous right total mastectomy. She underwent a delayed breast reconstruction with a unilateral pedicled TRAM flap. She is shown 3 months after surgery.
Preoperative: Preop photos illustrating a well healed right total mastectomy incision.
Postoperative: Breasts following right breast TRAM flap reconstruction. She eventually underwent a right nipple reconstruction and a symmetry procedure of the left breast.
