Breast Reconstruction Using Tissue Expanders, Aceullular Dermal Matrix, and Permanent Implants Patient 10
66 year old with left breast cancer requiring left total skin sparing mastectomy. Immediate reconstruction was performed with a tissue expander and aceullar dermal matrix. A permanent silicone implant was placed at a second stage. The patient is shown 3 months after surgery.
