This 47-year-old woman presented with enlarged heavy breasts as well as excess fatty tissue across the front of the abdomen and flank areas. Full mastopexy with 360 Lipo of the front of the abdomen, flanks, and back were performed. She is shown approximately three months after surgery with her new contour. Her breasts are lifted and smaller and more proportional to her upper body. Her waist line is more contoured, giving her an hourglass shape. Her entire trunk and chest are reproportioned. She is shown three months after surgery and is very pleased with her new look.
