This 57-year-old woman presents after massive weight loss. She has undergone a significant body transformation as she is athletic and has excellent muscle tone throughout her abdominal wall, arms, and lower extremity. She presents with significant laxity of the trunk, but with excellent muscle tone. She has both horizontal and vertical laxity of the abdominal wall. Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty was performed. She is shown three months after surgery, and is extremely happy with her results.
