This 50-year-old woman sustained major weight loss with a greater than 75-pound weight reduction. She presents with abdominal wall laxity in both the horizontal and vertical directions as well as laxity of the pubic area Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty was performed concurrently with breast enhancement. The patient is extremely pleased with her new contour and is shown three months after surgery.
