This 38-year-old woman, sustained, massive weight loss and was left with significant horizontal and vertical laxity of the abdominal wall. She desired contour improvement and relief of excess skin. Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty was performed tightening her abdominal wall completely and giving her a new cosmetically pleasing contour. The lower abdominal wall and pubic area have also been lifted.
