This 40-year-old woman sustained major weight loss and was left with significant redundant skin across the abdominal wall and flanks. She had both horizontal and vertical laxity necessitating a Fleur De-Lis abdominoplasty. Her results are shown two months postop. She is extremely pleased with the new contour of her abdominal wall and trunk ad has both functional and cosmetic improvements.
