40 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of abdominal area after having two children. She is concerned with excess skin and fatty tissue of the lower abdomen and stretch marks across the abdominal area. She underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening. The abdomen is flattened and tighter, and the extra skin is removed. She also underwent full breast lifting (mastopexy). The patient is shown 6 months after surgery.
