38-year-old requesting cosmetic enhancement of abdomen and trunk unresponsive to diet and exercise. She is concerned with excess skin and fatty tissue throughout the abdominal wall and an overhanging skin fold. She underwent full abdominoplasty with flank, hip, and outer thigh liposuction. The abdomen is flattened and tighter and the overhanging skin is eliminated. There is greater definition of the hips and waist. The incision is hidden beneath the underwear line and the belly-button has a natural shape. The patient is shown 8 months after surgery.
