25 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of abdominal area after having two children and previous abdominal surgery through a lower midline scar. She has excess skin, fatty tissue, and stretch marks across the front of the abdominal wall. She also has a large depressed midline scar. She underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening and excision of the midline scar. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery and has a completely new appearance.
