Notes: 24 year old requesting cosmetic improvement of abdominal area and breasts after having two children. She is concerned with excess skin and stretch marks across the abdominal area. She underwent full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening, and breast augmentation. The abdomen is flattened and tighter, and the extra skin is removed. Most of the stretch marks have been removed and the belly-button shape is improved. The breasts are also rejuvenated. The patient is shown 6 months after surgery.
